In partnership with the legendary Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School, Pennsylvania Culinary Institute (www.pci.edu) in Pittsburgh offers Specialized Associate Degree programs in Culinary Arts, Pâtisserie and Baking, and Hospitality and Restaurant Management.
Founded in 1986 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute has been providing a hands-on culinary arts education to students who desire to work in the culinary or hospitality industies.
Le Cordon Bleu
For over one hundred years, the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts has been training the world's finest chefs, including the legendary Julia Child. In addition to a Specialized Associate's Degree, graduates of PCI will also receive the coveted Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme.
Our Pittsburgh Pennsylvania cooking school offers the following degree programs:
